Gilbert's construction of this 8,000 foot 3 ton Rainbow Flag* becomes the metaphor for both the community and diversity itself. The individual stories of struggle, heartbreak and triumph weave together a lesson relevant to Companies and Communities all over the World who are trying to harness the dream of diversity.
